Stanley Radiator Enclosures

I am a big supporter of small business and hate to do this but I feel it would be unfair if I do not. I got a price quote from them with a photo in the text message. When they installed the Radiator Cover, It was a totally different one than what was proposed. I got price quotes from other companies based off of the original quoted radiator cover. Throughout the process, they never gave me a photo of what radiator cover they are going to do for me. I was under the impression that it would be the one they sent me in the text message. I was shocked to see the ugly radiator cover that was installed and reached out to Mike to fix the error. They offered to do it from a other $5,000 That is on top of me spending $6,000 with them. So I ended up spending $6,000 for radiator covers that I did not order and absolutely hate. And the only way to address that is pay another $5,000. I hate to post bad reviews but I just feel that there needs to be some accountability on the business part when they screw up like this. I am attaching photo for reference. What I wanted was the first photo based on our discussion and wha they installed is in the second photo. I would never use their service aga

I had radiator covers installed in my apartment, which required custom cutting at angles to work around old fixtures and pipe entry points. My biggest concern going in was ending up with gaps from such a precise, custom job, but Stanley Radiators delivered exactly what they promised. The fabrication and installation team was professional and clearly skilled. Everything fit perfectly, with no gaps and no surprises. It was genuinely refreshing to work with a team that followed through from start to finish and delivered exactly what they said they would. They were also respectful of my space, careful with my furniture and flooring, and they cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done.

Oh, man! I can't thank Mike and the team at the Stanley Radiator store there in Jackson Heights, NY enough for their awesome customer service. For the longest, my wife and I had been wanting to get some covers for our free standing radiators since renovating our space and we've had some trouble finding a place that sells them. I finally came across this store after some research and tooks some rough measurements and gave them a call to find out how they can help me. Mike took the time with me on the phone to make sure the measurements I took were what was needed to cover the radiators and if they had them in stock. After confirming they had some sizes in stock, I quickly ran down to the store, purchased them, and had them perform some small cutouts just in case the sizes were too small (Mike waived the cutout fees for each cover as a nice gesture; I really appreciate that). Mike and the team helped me load them up in my car and once I got home, I dropped them in and they fit PERFECTLY! Again, thank you again to Mike and the team. Ya'll get 5 stars plus another 5 from me for the great and frictionless service. If ya need radiator covers, check these guys out!!

They did an amazing job! My floor is very uneven and with the cover, you can’t even tell! Everyone I worked with was very friendly, and they spent time making sure the measurements were correct before building the cover. They also made the front covers removable so I can use the AC unit in the summer.

Frank and his son have been really wonderful partners to build our custom radiator cabinets. Communication and attention to detail has been second to none. There were a few minor details we wanted adjusted after install and they came back multiple times to make sure we were satisfied. Beautiful work and great service!
